How to Use:

In a jar, blend 4 chopped onions, garlic, 1-inch ginger, 1 teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 large cardamom, 2 small cardamoms, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder. Wash 1 kg mutton thoroughly with water. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pressure cooker and fry onions until golden. Add the blended masala paste, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon chilli powder, 3 bay leaves and salt. Saute for a few minutes. Add 2 tablespoons Jeeveda Mutton Masala when the masala releases oil, then add the mutton and mix well. Add ½ cup water and cook for 4 whistles. Open the lid, increase the flame and sauté until the water evaporates. Add more water as needed, cook for a little while and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
